Quiche Lorraine
(Makes Two Pies)

From More with Less Cookbook

Pre-bake pie shells for 10 minutes

Blend:
6 eggs
1 quart ½ and ½ (2cups milk, 2 cups light cream)
1 tsp salt
Dash pepper
Dash nutmeg

In piecrusts:
2 cups grated swiss
1 cup grated sautéed onion
(Each pie: 1-cup cheese, ½-cup onion)
4 slices crumbled bacon (2 in each pie)

Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes
